This week we looked at the total number of foodstore planning applications where Aldi & Lidl were the named applicant in the past 3 years.

Key Facts:

There were over 200 planning applications submitted by both food retail operators.

‍
Lidl were the named applicant on 64% of those applications.

The likes of RPS, Rapleys, Avison Young, Lichfields & Planning Potential were kept busy as their planning agents.
