Who are The EV Network?

The EV Network (EVN) is a leading independent EV charging infrastructure, investment, and development company. Its mission is clear, to deliver fast, scalable, and economically viable EV infrastructure to the UK’s drivers, delivering a supercharged highway.

EVN addresses the challenges faced by landlords, charge point operators and fleet companies, rolling out a network of rapid and ultra-fast EV charging hubs in key locations across the UK.

EVN is a unique company, offering ‘Infrastructure as a service’ (IaaS). In key geographically placed charging sites and existing high traffic locations, to creating new substantial green field site delivery, depots and charging hubs, EVN provides fully financed, end to end delivery using state of the art technology. EVN is backed by one of the world’s largest sustainable funds and works in partnership with blue-chip CPO partners to support and speed up the transition to electric.

 

How many locations do The EV Network currently have?

Currently in operation and under construction: 42

Target locations?

Throughout the UK – Busy travel routes, retail/leisure destinations, travel hubs, roadside developments, town centres, stand alone or as part of wider schemes.

How many new locations are you targeting?

100+ sites per year

Size requirements?

·       Minimum of 2 bays on existing and new developments.

·       Minimum 20 year leases offered.

·       No upfront or ongoing costs to landlords.

·       Ground leases for surplus land also considered.

·       Freehold sites from 0.2 – 5 acres.

Additional requirements?

·       24:7 access required to site.

·       High traffic locations: minimum traffic count of 20,000 per day on roadside locations.

Planning consent? 

As part of the development process we obtain planning permission.

Freehold or Leasehold?

Both.
