Who are Wigwam Storage Management?

Wigwam Storage Management are owners and operators of centrally managed self-storage facilities across the UK

Wigwam have formed a joint venture with Paloma Capital to acquire both existing facilities as well as sites for development. The JV have completed on 8 sites with an appetite for a further 6-8 sites during the next 12 months.

 

As well as acquiring and developing sites to convert into self-storage, we also offer a 3rd party management service to property owners and investors who wish to retain their assets.

 

 

How many locations do Wigwam Storage Management currentlyhave?

We will have 12 operating facilities by the end of this year

 

Target locations?

We are looking for the following opportunities:

- Prominent roadside locations.

- Mixed use schemes

- Former retail units or redundant office buildings

- Warehouses at the front of industrial estates or trade parks

How many new locations are you targeting?

We have cash funds available to acquire a further 6-8 sites in the next 12 mths

Size requirements?

Existing buildings with a footprint between 10,000 sqft and 30,000 sqft with a min eaves height of 5m

Land from 0.5 to 3 acres

Additional requirements?

Population size of at least 15,000 people within a 15min drive-time.

B8 Planning or with potential for change of use

We have recently taken over an existing facility, opened anew 30,000 sqft facility in Hampshire and due to open another one in Lincoln by the end of this month.
