Basement level residential car-parking (67 spaces) and Ground floor commercial parking (159 spaces) and external parking to the west (83 spaces); Temporary deck car park (during delivery of Phase 1); External amenity including at landscaped podium level for residents and children’s play space (763sqm). [Phase 2] Demolition of existing Tesco store (following completion of new store); deconstruction of temporary deck parking; new residential units (271 private sale units) ranging in height from 4 to 13 storeys; Residential undercroft parking (47 spaces) and external parking (37 spaces); External amenity including at landscaped podium level for residents and children’s play space (1,079sqm).
