As a former retail agent, our clients would ask us questions like;
- Which retailers have a requirement in Bristol
- Who's the best property contact at Sainsbury's
- I have a prime 2 acre roadside site, find me some operators to take it.
The process was always the same, scroll through our poorly organised excel file, followed by a quick flick through our folder of outdated requirement flyers.
There had to be a better way? So I started to slowly build a database of active property requirements across the UK. Asking retailers where they wanted to open, who the best contact was and other general requirements.
Fast forward 8 years and we have over 500 users and the majority of the retail market are using this tool.
Welcome to The Requirement List.
You can:
Retailers get to shout about their requirements and property professionals get to see who's active.
Working in property can be tough, the Requirement List makes it that little bit easier.
Looking forward to having you on board!
Adam
The Requirement List allows me to keep up to date with who is active in the market. It has been a very valuable tool when advising clients on potential occupier demand.
The Requirement List has fast become a highly-valued system, assisting our agency team in bolstering the range of known requirements and can be particularly helpful for trickier sites and properties we’re involved with.
We have been using The Requirement List for over 5 years now, it’s simple and easy to use. It helps us check the latest requirements for national occupiers with contact details for acquisition surveyors or agents dealing with different regions. It also uncovers some less obvious opportunities with smaller businesses targeting specific locations.
The Requirement List is a my default source for retailer requirements. It provides reliable and up to date information. The interface is clear and easy to use. I would recommend it to others.
